In addition, it has an outdoor bathroom that facilitates access without the need to enter the house, perfect for moments by the pool.
The plot is completely fenced, offering security for the little ones and privacy, as well as space to park the vehicle within the property 🚗🔒.
Inside, the ground floor offers a spacious living-dining room with a cosy fireplace for the coldest seasons 🔥, a fully equipped American kitchen to prepare all your meals 🍳, a master bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom.
Going up the stairs, you will find two additional bedrooms: one children's room with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with wardrobes and enough space to store luggage in an orderly manner. You also have a full bathroom, bright and spacious on this floor.
The accommodation has high-speed Wi-Fi with fibre optic, ideal for those who need to stay connected during their stay 📶.

Lovely villa, pool, pretty garden, ideal for a family break away from the crowds. Half hour drive to the nearest coast. We visited Marbella, Fuengirola, Ronda and Mijas easily by car. Very private house and garden, fully enclosed so feels very safe. see more

Very private house and garden, fully enclosed so feels very safe. Comfy and lots of room, supermarkets just 5 minutes drive away. Beds very comfy. Horse next door, you can hear birds all day, also a few goats, plus there are some dogs barking - surrounded by the sounds of nature!

What a find... it was everything we needed it to be. It was close to family and had great outside entertaining areas. The fully equipped kitchens inside and out meant that we were able to invite family over to enjoy meals with us. We will definitely see more

Villa lag centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes en centrum Coín. Huis is heel gemoedelijk. Mooi aangelegde tuin en ruime plek voor auto. Je kunt er niet zonder. Wat ik bijzonder vond dat er o. a. keukenrollen wc papier thee water kruiden wasmachine toebesee more

Dit hoef je allemaal niet meer zelf mee te nemen. Fijn zwembad en zithoekjes.. Badkamer bij zwembad. Je hoef dus niet nat het huis binnen te gaan. Huis is een echte aanrader.....
