- 2 Double en suite bedrooms
Two of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. Additionally, there is an external toilet in the common area of this floor and the gym showers.
- Games room equipped with a pool table and arcade video game machine with around 1,500 games, plus a sofa bed for two additional guests.
- Private gym with weights, treadmill and multi-gym machine.
- Non-heated indoor pool included in the price
- Underfloor heating and central heating (radiators) throughout the accommodation (additional cost).

First floor:

- Shared toilet
