The house has a large living room with mountain/valley views and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are distributed on several levels with large spaces and high ceilings. The villa is tastefully decorated in a modern style and has a maximum capacity of 6 people.
The property has a large, well-kept garden with a private pool. The garden area includes a barbecue area, two outdoor dining areas and a separate seating area around the pool. Umbrellas and tanning furniture are also included.
The villa is a recently renovated construction, and has 160 square meters of living space. It has panoramic views of the Guadalhorce valley and the surrounding mountains.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large community pool and tennis courts accessible to guests.

Great stay at the house. Lovely accommodation and comfortable. Could have done with some cushions for the sun loungers and the internet was not working. Minor inconveniences I hope they remedy before we return next year.

First one is the front gate to get in they gave us the wrong key and it never opened so we couldnt use it the whole holiday even tho we messaged them we had to use the sliding gate we asked them to come sort it but noone did.

Some of the items in the villa need to be replaced the amount of money people pay to stay here things should be clean and tidy upto date when we go away we like to keep things clean and how we found it, the hoover was very rusty,the iron is full of limescale, the tea coffee sugar pots were rusty,there was a big brown stain on the mattress in the main bedroom,both lamps in the main bedroom was cracked and bits missing off them,theres a big crack in the fridge plastic shelf on the door wich we couldnt use or would of got worse,the window in the 2 single bed room had tape down the window frame and let in the cold and i think the bedding should be the same in all rooms its very dated and the pillows in all rooms is one long pillow we had the worse sleep with these they should be single pillows if all these got sorted then it would be perfect. |

A couple of little things: 1. There were no spare bin bags which stood out because everything else was so well equipped. 2. The middle level bathroom is not well vented and smelt all the time, making it unusable.

The accommodation has everything what you need and there is a lot to explore. The Villa is located in a calm area with enough privacy. We recommend to get a rented car to explore the area and also to get from at to b as well. Our highlights were the nice pool (turn on the lights at night) and the modern architecture of the accommodation.

We vonden het een erg fijne verblijf. Helaas hebben we maar 1x gebruik kunnen maken van de tennisbaan omdat we de sleutel hiervan niet hebben gekregen tijdens de check in. Maar voor de rest was het heerlijk en heb je een prachtige uitzicht op de bergsee more

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr groß. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Küche ist komplett und hervorragend ausgestattet. Man kann sich sehr gut selbst verpflegen, es fehlt an nichts. Für uns, eine Familie mit drei ältersee more
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr groß. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Küche ist komplett und hervorragend ausgestattet. Man kann sich sehr gut selbst verpflegen, es fehlt an nichts. Für uns, eine Familie mit drei älteren Kindern, 19, 16 und 14 Jahre alt, war es genau die richtige Unterkunft. Sehr gut gelegen, um Ausflüge zu machen.

Schon beim Eintritt beeindruckt dieses treppenförmig an den Hang gebaute Haus durch seine Großzügigkeit.In den beiden oberen Halbgeschossen finden sich die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder sowie die Küche und ein angrenzender, zum Wohnbereich offener Raum fürsee more
Schon beim Eintritt beeindruckt dieses treppenförmig an den Hang gebaute Haus durch seine Großzügigkeit.In den beiden oberen Halbgeschossen finden sich die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder sowie die Küche und ein angrenzender, zum Wohnbereich offener Raum für den Fünf Uhr Tee.Im Wohnbereich selbst gibt es einen großen Eßtisch und die Couchandschaft vor dem Fernseher.Draußen kann man zwischen Lounge, überdachtem Eßplatz und dem Eßplatz vor der Küche wählen.Ein Wermutstropfen waren Probleme bei der Wasserversorgung.Der Gemeinschaftspool war während unseres Aufenthalts leider gesperrt, der Tennisplatz aber immer frei.

Malaga itself is just 45 min away by bus and the bus goes at least every hour almost the whole day. Excellent hospitality and availability from the hostess.”Thank you so much for your hospitality and availability. This has been the very best vacation for me and my wife.
