Description
Luxury Villa in Alhaurín el Grande, perfect for families or large groups seeking modernity, intimacy and comfort just 10 minutes from the centre. 🏡✨
Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This spectacular luxury villa for 12 people, built in 2020, combines modernity and comfort in a private and exclusive setting. Surrounded by high walls to guarantee your privacy, the villa features an impressive entrance hall with a large glass window that connects to a dream kitchen and a spacious, modern, comfortable and elegant living room. From here, you access an outdoor space ideal for relaxation: chill-out area with table football, hammock, children's swing, water fountain and barbecue, as well as a large trampoline for unforgettable family moments.
Luxury villa with swimming pool for 12 people
On the upper floor, an intimate terrace with outdoor furniture and hammocks invites you to enjoy unique sunsets. The rooms are distributed to offer comfort and privacy: a main suite with large windows and an environment illuminated with LED lights, a children's room with a bunk bed, and four other spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms on the lower floor, which receives natural light thanks to its semi-basement design.
The private pool is designed with a beach effect and features a high-security sliding glass system, ideal for keeping it open or closed as needed, especially for children's safety. In addition, the pool has solar panels and heaters that increase the water temperature in summer, making each swim a unique experience. In winter, the villa offers underfloor water heating, ensuring exceptional comfort in all rooms.
Designed to facilitate your stay, the villa has an exterior bathroom to avoid wetting the interior and is equipped with high-speed WIFI, centralised air conditioning and 6 televisions with satellite TV and PlayStation PSP, as well as toys for children. Its spacious garden with furniture, basketball court, gym, fireplace and security system with integrated alarm and camera complete the equipment for complete and safe holidays.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and juicer, along with crockery and utensils so that you don't lack anything.
Located in an ideal rural setting for families, the villa offers views of the mountain and garden on a fenced plot of 520 m². It is just 3 km from Lauro Golf Resort, supermarkets, restaurants and bus station, and less than 25 km from beaches, theme parks, train stations and Málaga international airport. Additionally, its proximity to iconic places such as Mijas Pueblo or the Montes de Málaga Natural Park makes it perfect for combining relaxation with tourism and leisure.
Don't miss the opportunity to live a luxury and comfort experience in a natural and peaceful environment, with all the services and amenities to make your holidays unforgettable. 🌞🏖️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful holiday home. The property is spacious, stylishly decorated, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and inviting living areas made us feel at home from the very first day.
The outdoor space deserves special mention as well. The swimming pool, barbecue area, and peaceful surroundings provided the perfect setting to relax and create wonderful memories together. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding communication and hospitality. Both the team at Cubo's Holiday Homes and the owner, Fran, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. Communication was smooth, professional, and efficient from the booking process right through to our departure, making the entire experience completely stress-free. Thanks to the warm welcome, personal attention, and excellent accommodation, this was a holiday we will not soon forget. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ |

Beautiful villa situated in a quiet area, we had three small children with us and the villa was very well equipped for them, everything you could need was there (high chairs / stair gates / travel cots / baby baths / toys inside & out. The neighbourhood was very quiet, we did not hear any other noise whilst staying at the villa which was great, but be advised that ideally you need to hire a car as the villa is remote (but within 10 min car journey from nearest town) the host was absolutely amazing, we contacted him serveral times during our stay, and no request was too small he went over and above to make sure our every need was met! Overall an amazing villa perfect for a family holiday! Thanks again.

The villa was beautiful and perfect for a family. We had so much fun playing in the pool and with all of the games and children toys available at the villa. The owner of the villa was in contact with us and did everything he could to help make our stay perfect (including helping us make an order from a local restaurant!). We'd definitely come back here in future. |

There really wasn't much room for improvement as the villa is perfect. Only small feedback could be to put some fans/AC in the gym as it was especially hot the week we were there. The AC in the rest of the house worked perfect though so not a problemsee more

Our recent stay at Casa Elena villa was an absolute delight for our group of 7 adults, 3 toddlers and a baby, particularly because it was incredibly toddler-friendly. Finding accommodations that cater to toddlers needs can be quite a challenge. However, this villa surpassed all our expectations, creating a memorable experience for the children and us.One of the highlights of our stay was the pool which has thoughtfully been designed for young children. The swings, picnic bench and trampoline space became a hub of entertainment and joy for the children, giving us parents a chance to relax and unwind while still keeping an eye on our child. The villa itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The villa is designed to a high standard throughout and well equipped, everything has been thought of!We highly recommend it to families seeking a peaceful retreat with little ones.

Francisco is an exemplary owner and is always willing to ensure that his travelers stay for 10. That is why, if they needed to use the iron, they should have communicated it, since it is kept in a closet for their safety. Regarding the taxi service, we are sorry for what happened, but you should know that this was an external service contracted by you and unrelated to both Cubo's Villa Elena and Cubo's Holiday Homes. We hope to welcome you again in the not too distant future. |

Omg, what a villa, the photos on the website were a true reflection of the actual villa. From the moment we arrived we were speechless. The amount of space, the bedrooms, the views of the mountains in the morning at breakfast were breathtaking, the villa caters for adults and children, the owners had a cupboard full of toys which my granddaughters loved. The outdoor bar and bbq were amazing and the whole outside lit up beautifully at night.
You definitely need a car as it is quite remote but we loved the peace and quiet and the fact you weren’t being looked at. The two swings and trampoline kept my grandkids busy all day, the hammock also kept the bigger kids(adults) occupied as well. |
