Located a few kilometres from the centre of Yunquera, this intimate and welcoming space is ideal for family holidays, with friends or as a couple.
The access road to the accommodation, although rural, is perfectly adapted for vehicles, guaranteeing an easy arrival to both the meeting point and the accommodation itself. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by impressive views of the Sierra de las Nieves, where tranquillity and well-being are the protagonists, bathed by the wonderful sun of Málaga that illuminates the space for a large part of the day.
The outdoors are a true oasis: careful and intimate, with a beautiful swimming pool and the necessary furniture to fully enjoy the outdoors. Imagine preparing a barbecue while the little ones have fun in the pool! 🔥🍹
Inside, the accommodation offers a spacious living-dining room with television, and an American-style kitchen equipped to make you feel at home. Many sights are accessible via winding roads and if you want to go hiking you can start right from the accommodation. All in all, as already mentioned, perfect. We would love to come back. Gracias.

The only downside is that the last mile to the Villa is down a very twisty narrow road and must be treated with great caution.

Amazing few days. My wife’s father doesn’t live far from this place so it was a perfect location for us to visit. You cannot beat the views. The place was perfect and was as described.

We enjoyed our stay very much and meeting Sonia who was lovely. There was everything you could need for a home from home in the Spanish sunshine. The house was well equipped and fairly cool anyway but with the added bonus of A/C for the really hot dasee more

Thankfully there was also the pool which was the reason we booked this for our 2nd week in the area. It was gorgeous and very well maintained by Sonia and her husband every couple of days. The outside areas were fab..a cooking area, shady area, lots of seating/sunloungers - and the views! Amazing...We loved it... would recommend.

If you want a restful countryside place to stay, where you can sit amongst fruit trees with your coffee in the morning and look out over a beautiful valley - this is the place for you. Spotlessly clean, a lovely pool for hot days, and excellent communication and hospitality from Sonia. House has everything we needed and more for a full 2 week stay. We used this house as a home base from where to take day trips with our 3 kids. The city of Ronda is fantastic and an hour away. As is horseback riding and amazing cave paintings from paleolithic era. Malaga and Cordoba are 2 hours away and not to be missed. Gibraltar a great day trip too. The towns nearby are also a lot of fun to explore. Yunquera itself has a very good grocery 10 mins up the road - was nice to cook our own meals on rest days. If you don’t mind driving on curvy roads- this house is excellent for a long stay and a perfect place from which to explore the region. We didn’t want to leave! The kids loved picking oranges for fresh juice every morning- something we don’t get to do in Canada. Gracias sonia for a wonderful holiday !

The location for us was a little rural and meant our drive to the beach was around an hour, but that said, we still did the drive on 4 out of 10 days. Overall a very lovely Villa in a rural location with some great walking routes close by. Thanks

Los anfitriones, tanto Sonia como Antonio, han sido super amables y atentos, cualquier duda que pudimos tener, contestaban super rápido, nos dieron ideas de qué ver y hacer por la zona. La piscina la limpiaron a mitad de estancia acordando el momento para no interferir en nuestro día a día.El acceso a la casa puede parecer complicado pero solo la primera vez.La casa está súper bien equipada y muy bien pensada para hacer la vida muy fácil. Casa super tranquila, con toda la intimidad y unas vistas espectaculares de Yunquera y del Valle.Zona de barbacoa con fregadero, al lado de la piscina para poder cocinar mientras echas un ojo a los niños, y con luz para cocinar de noche, todo un plus! (por la noche también podías encender las luces exteriores y se estaba perfectamente).Y para la siesta de los mayores en las tumbonas o piscina, una tele gigante con Smart TV y wifi rápido para que los niños os dejen un rato de tranquilidad después de comer.

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h30 à cause d’un retard de bagages à Malaga et les propriétaires nous attendaient au lieu de rendez-vous pour nous guider à la maison. Cela a été super apprécié car il nous aurait été impossible de trouver la maison sans aide. La maison est située sur une petite route un peu en bas du village. Elle est magnifique et elle offre tout ce que nous souhaitions : tranquilité avec un splendide environnement avec les orangers, les citronniers et les avocatiers tout autour de la maison. C’est le paradis terrestre !De la terrasse, on voit le village et son clocher : il faut tout au plus 12 minutes à pieds pour le rejoindre. Yunquera offre tous les services nécessaires pour se ravitailler de tous les produits désirés. Il y a de nombreuses belles randonnées à faire tout autour mais attention le terrain est pentu et sollicite les mollets. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitations et nous comptons bien y revenir. Merci encore aux propriétaires d’une gentillesse absolue.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison. Tout s’est bien passé. Sonia est une personne adorable, chaleureuse, qui est soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. La piscine est un vrai plus, le village est excentré mais il est très calme et très reposant d’y passer des vacances. Nous aurions pu y rester bien plus longtemps avec grand plaisir. Dans la maison, il y a tout le nécessaire. La cuisine est tres bien équipée. C’était un vrai plaisir de séjourner chez Sonia et nous reviendrons !!

A 45 min de Marbella et malaga, nous avons pu visiter la région et découvrir les monuments à malaga. Pour tout cela nous avons hâte d’y revenir. Mille merci aux propriétaires pour cette magnifique expérience.

Desde la coordinación previa con Sonia para la llegada, siguiendo con el recibimiento que ella y Antonio, su marido, nos bridaron. Cesta de verduras (berenjenas, cebollas, pimientos y más), recién recolectadas por Sonia, de los propios cultivos del propio terreno. Nada más y nada menos que el PARQUE NATURAL de LA SIERRA DE LAS NIEVES, en YUNQUERA, a una altitud de 680 msnm y a 61 km de LA BELLA. ¿Otro detalle? Antonio nos enseñó y ofreció, "LO QUE QUERÁIS, LO COGÉIS", ciruelas de diferentes variedades (riquísimas), manzanas verdes estupendas, limones y otros muchos productos trabajados por ellos, con mucho trabajo y dedicación salta a la vista. Le agradecemos, en especial, a Antonio, que con toda la naturalidad y el cariño que LA BUENA GENTE desprende de forma innata, ofreciera su mano para enseñarle a nuestro hijo mayor (de 5 años), una pequeña parcela, muy cuidada, con unas FRESAS EXQUISITAS (con un ligero toque dulce). Sin temblarle la voz, de nuevo, "COGÉIS Y OS COMÉIS LAS QUE QUERÁIS", mientras enseñaba al chiquillo cómo arrancarlas, con cuidado. La estancia: PERFECTA. Comodísima cocina-salón (electrodomésticos, A/C, mesa para comer dentro enorme, 2 sofás SIESTEROS geniales, SMART TV de gran tamaño, INTERNET fabuloso...) y baño en planta baja. Mesa para comer en el exterior de quitar el sentido. CAMAS de 10 (planta superior). PISCINA (CRISTALINA)+BBQ (carbón/leña óptima, con fregadero...)+TUMBONAS de 10 TODOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO |

Z domku roztaczał się piękny widok. Bardzo przyjemnie było siedzieć na tarasie rano lub wieczorem i podziwiać góry przed nami. Dużym plusem były takie udogodnienia jak pralka czy pełne wyposażenie kuchni. Niczego nie brakowało. Było bardzo czysto! Malutkim minusem jest to, ze tylko w jednym pokoju jest szafa na ubrania. W drugiej sypialni jest tylko wieszak na ubrania i myślę ze przy większej ilości osób (nas akurat było 4) byłby to problem.
