The house is located in a rural setting with easy access to Marbella, Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas, as well as being close to natural spaces such as Barranco Blanco and Juanar Refuge. 🌄🚗
On the outside, the property stands out for its privacy and quality, with a fenced pool perfect for children's safety, a spacious porch equipped with outdoor games, barbecue area and options to have fun with ping-pong and table football. These spaces are ideal for creating unforgettable moments with family or friends. 🎉🏓
The interior is simple but comfortable, with a living-dining room that integrates a fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils so that you can prepare your meals with total comfort. The television in the living room provides entertainment for all ages. 📺🍳
The distribution includes three bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. The place is amazing, very clean and tidy, entertainment outside is great (table tennis and football table). Barbecue area is clean and well equipped. The swimming pool is big and has cleaned twice a week. The roof terrace is great and the views fromsee more
