Located less than 5 km from Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, you will have within reach supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl, shopping centres like La Trocha, and a wide socio-cultural and gastronomic offer in the area and in Málaga capital. Additionally, the proximity to motorways facilitates excursions to iconic places such as El Caminito del Rey or the beaches of the Costa del Sol.
The house, of 130 m², is comfortable and bright, with capacity for 6 people distributed in three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds). Please note that this property does not admit more than one baby per booking (0-2 years). All have windows to the outside and storage space for your luggage. The accommodation offers a cosy living-dining room with television and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing with family. The kitchen, spacious and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all necessary utensils, is perfect for easily preparing your meals.
The exteriors are a true paradise: a well-maintained garden, covered porches to enjoy the views and a private pool that will be the centre of fun for adults and children, with sunbeds to relax and an outdoor bathroom with a shower to change after swimming. Additionally, it features a gas grill for delicious outdoor lunches. The plot is fenced and has open-air parking in the same building for your convenience.
The property also has air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, free Wi-Fi and a hairdryer. This is a lovely villa, with a good sized pool in a rural setting.There’s a well maintained, beautiful and established garden area. With a decent sized pool, Sun loungers, outside shower, covered seating area, car parking and a bbq. We had a warm welcome from Andres (even arriving late as we did). He kept in touch with helpful communication all the way before and throughout our vacation. The house and gardens were spotlessly clean. The space was comfortable for 5 of us in a family group with enough space inside and out, as well as air conditioning in most of the rooms (the twin bedroom didn’t have any air conditioning - but could do with a fan, as a suggestion). The WiFi worked well. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. It had everything we needed. This is a rural location (you definitely need a car to get here and get around) but it’s only 30 minutes from Malaga airport and the villa is situated less than 10 minutes from a good selection of shops and restaurants. We went to the market at Alhaurín el Grande, Mijas, Puerto Banús and a water park (Aquamijas). But there’s plenty more to explore if you stayed longer. We’d definitely recommend this accommodation, it was good value for money and would give it 10/,10.

The garden is breathtaking with palm trees and flowers. The pool was very clean. It’s the perfect location to visit Malaga, Marbella, Granada and Cadiz. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins drive. We enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to be back soon.

Especially the swimming pool and surrounding (when you are still a sleep) Good location if you are exploring Andalusia. From this location it is easy to travel (by car) to Malaga, Marbella, Granada, Caminito del rey, other beaches etc. Several supermarkets nearby. So from this location you can make a good holiday planning and at the same time relax in the swimming pool. In house Bathroom is somewhat small and if you are taller then 1,85m the twin beds are too small and not ideal for a good night rest (if you turn your partner will notice this). Kitchen is basic, but works fine. Outdoor kitchen and bathroom are nice to have!

What a gem this villa is. Close to the local village for shopping/dining and half an hours drive from the beach. Beautifully looked after and an amazing pool ideal for keeping cool. Andres who contacted us with the access arrangements was so helpful see more

Andrés qui sait occupé de nous est super sympa, très réactive, il manquais quelques ustensiles et le soir même ils sont partis les acheter, pareil pour la climatisation dans une chambre qui fonctionnait pas bien, directement le jour-même le technicien est venu. La douche et toilette extérieur est un atout en plus. Je recommande sans hésiter. Ps: un grand merci à Manolo pour sa gentillesse et sa discrétion.
