Its location is strategic: just 10 minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and very well connected with the Costa del Sol. In less than an hour you can enjoy the beaches of Marbella, Fuengirola or Málaga, as well as the cultural and leisure offer of the Malaga capital 🏖️🎭.
The private swimming pool, with an elongated shape, is the perfect space to cool off while contemplating the landscape. In addition, the outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture and a 40 m² terrace that invites you to have lunch, read or simply relax outdoors. And to top it, the really nice swimming pool, a perfect holiday.

The place benefits from amazing views over the mountains. House is really was appointed and has everything you need, including a gas powered bbq. We would say you need a hire car if you are staying here as there isn’t a lot in walking distance. Nearest town is around 5 min drive / 20 min walk. That said there is an amazing restaurant 8 min walk away called “El Postillian” which does amazing food! Book in advance!Closest large town is “Coín” which is around 10 min drive. This has a Lidl / Supermercardo supermarkets. If you are here on a Sunday be sure to visit the Coín market - it’s in the car park of the Coin Carrefour! Highly recommended for those who don’t mind driving! Ps, supermarkets are not open on Sundays in coin!

This is a great spot for kids in general and ours loved it (note: the pool isn’t heated so bring wetsuits outside of summer)Cristobal was super helpful on check-in and was accommodating throughout.Overall - great views, great location (30 mjns to airport & beaches), great host.

The house is beautiful, and the location really just picture perfect. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets and the kids could run around making lots of noise with no near neighbours to worry about. The pool was as shown in the picture, as was the house.see more

The pool was as shown in the picture, as was the house. When we arrived the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and the BBQ out of gas - the owner fixed these the same day so it didn’t effect our stay. Small issue that the en-suite shower only had scalding hot water, I’m sure if we had pursued it, it would have been fixed. We just didn’t want to deal with plumbers on our holiday so used the other shower.Mr Cristobel the owner was very responsive to my queries and fixed the little niggles that we had with home promptly and with a positive attitude. If you’re looking for a restful, relaxing holiday this place is perfect.

We spent 28 days at Finca El Balneario, a great base to explore Andalucía. Close to town, and well connected. The villa is spacious with a great pool and outside space. The 65" LG 4K tv and 300mMB fibre internet need to be mentioned as this was a great bonus, as was the gas barbecue. Cristobal and his wife brought us a huge bunch of fresh thyme, when we mentioned we couldn't find any, which was great for cooking Conejo al Ajillo (Garlic Rabbit) We would highly recommend this villa if you want to be close to town (with some background noise) and great connectivity, (in every way)

Lots of the palm trees needed trimming, as the dead leaves obstruct the view and are noisy in the wind. The Bougainvilla was very overgrown and obstructing the bathroom window and needs cutting back.

What a stunning property & gardens to escape to! Peaceful surroundings & a pool in all day sunshine certainly helped us to relax. The town is a short drive away, for shopping & dining. Cubo’s staff were friendly & professional.

Très belle maison pleine de charme décorée avec gout, avec une vue exceptionnelle. il n'y a vraiment aucun vis à vis c'est magnifique comme sur les photos vous pourrez profiter des coucher de soleil sur les montagnes l'emplacement permet de rayonnersee more

Weekje meivakantie in deze heerlijke plek gehad. Op loopafstand va het dorpje Alhaurin La Grande maar wel wat verder van centrum Malaga en andere dorpen / plekken. Wisten wij op voorhand dus daarom een auto gehuurd. Finca was fantastisch. Zwembad in see more

Wisten wij op voorhand dus daarom een auto gehuurd. Finca was fantastisch. Zwembad in mei ondanks de warme temperaturen nog wat aan de koude kant maar het was gelukkig erg warm dus de verkoeling was lekker. Wasmachine en vaatwasser super dat die er waren, zelfs een BBQ. Cristobal was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde snel als er iets was. Ik zou deze finca zeker aanraden!

Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, bienveillants et réactifs ! Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description, il contient tout l’équipement nécessaire. Le cadre est magnifique, la vue est incroyable et apaisante ! Toutes les grandes villes touristiques sont accessibles à environ 30/40 minutes en voitures. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !!

De communicatie met het verhuurkantoor verliep heel vlot. Ze kunnen zowel in het Spaans, Engels en Frans communiceren. Ook Cristobal die ons ontving aan het huisje om de sleutel te overhandigen, doet zijn best om in het Engels alles uit te leggen.

Het huis zelf ziet er echt uit zoals op de foto's. Het is rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht, maar je hoort natuurlijk wel de auto's, gezien het op een helling ligt. (Is echter niet storend). Onontbeerlijk om een auto te huren, maar ideaal gelegen als vertrekpunt naar de zee, Málaga (35 minuten), Ronda (1u10), El Torcal (1u10), enz. In het dorpje Alhaurín el Grande vind je alles wat je nodig hebt om te winkelen. |

Fantastische vakantie gehad, eigenaar is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De taal vormt probleem met gogle translate en met basis Engels / Spaans kom je al een heel eind. Locatie is goed tov van stad Alhaurin en binnen 20-30 minuten ben je op heel veesee more

Locatie is goed tov van stad Alhaurin en binnen 20-30 minuten ben je op heel veel plekken aan de kust. Uitzicht van het huis was schitterend. Huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en zeer zeker aan te bevelen. Wij komen graag terug!

Lugar muy recomendado para desconectar y relajarse con unas puestas de sol inolvidables. Repetiremos.
