The house was very nice and enclosed to give you that privacy you want from a holiday villa. The host was absolutely amazing even though he couldn’t speak English with the help of translator app we discussed everything we needed to. And couldn’t be msee more

This house was good value for money. Spacious and beautiful. In a beautiful quiet and private location within perfect distance of Many of the bigger towns and places of interest. The added bonus of citrus trees, friendly chickens and spacious gardens made our stay with the children very easy and fun. The village has good recycling facilities and a great shop for emergency supplies. Also a little playground and space to run around near a couple of cafes. Great little find! |

The villa is about 30 minutes from Malaga airport and you will need a car to get there and to the shops. It is located in a lovely little town and with mountain views all around. Check in was very good and quick. Raphael met me at the villa/cottage. see more
The villa is about 30 minutes from Malaga airport and you will need a car to get there and to the shops. It is located in a lovely little town and with mountain views all around. Check in was very good and quick. Raphael met me at the villa/cottage. He didn't have any English nor me Spanish but we still communicated. The villa was situated in the middle of the hills with stunning views. Every room had air conditioning which was great. There are satellite TV is BBC, Channel 4. The pool was very good and the covered terrace with fridge was excellent. The garden area was great to relax in the sun and for quiet time away from the pool. There was even 4 chickens. The town is very quiet and is close to shops (Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour) in Coin and Cartama. If you wish to venture out at night, Torremolinos, Benalmadena are about 30 minutes away. Raphael was always available by Whatsapp if I had any questionsproblems. The only issues we had was that the WiFi was a little poor as it kept disconnecting if there was more than 2 on it but that was because it was satellite internet. It is good for general browsing on phoneslaptops.

Rafa was really good host! He took care of everything we asked and replied quickly to our questions. Even though he doesn't speak any english, we managed to communicate via Google translate very well! His chickens were super nice touch to our stay :)

The house was in good condition.
We could have done with a few of the basics " toilet rolls and washing up liquid "would have been a start but apart from that it was great. loads of towels ,washing machine, dishwasher and laying chickens.

Para 7 dias de estancia, solo dejaron un papel higienico en cada baño, lavadora y lavavajillas sin producto para su uso, asi como producto de limpieza, tuvimos que salir a comprar. A mitad de semana, la piscina sin cloro. Y a pesar de indicar en Airbsee more

Y a pesar de indicar en Airbnb el número de personas y mascotas y cobrar por ello, nos encontramos que tuvimos que pagar por mascota a parte una vez llegamos a la casa. Colchones incómodos para tantos días. Por lo demás, buena ubicación, ya que teníamos que ir y venir al trabajo. Rafael, muy amable con flexibilidad. Una casa acogedora, y con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Había gallinas las cuales le dimos de comer y ponían huevos para nuestro uso. Panadería y supermercado muy cerca.

En general, salvo algún detalle de mantenimiento de la casa, hemos estado a gusto y lo hemos pasado muy bien.

Habría que poner una barandilla en la escalera. Mi madre, que es mayor, no pudo utilizar la piscina porque el bordillo estaba muy alto respecto a la escalerilla, y no podía salir bien de la piscina.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille, la villa est très bien située ce qui permet de visiter la Casta del sol ! Nous recommandons fortement cette location ! What we loved about the villa. Rafa! We don’t speak Spanish, Rafa doesn’t speak English, but Rafa speaks slowly so we could understand him. He brought us boxes of vegetables and melons. He dealt with issues very quickly and was always smiling. Outsidsee more
What we loved about the villa. Rafa! We don’t speak Spanish, Rafa doesn’t speak English, but Rafa speaks slowly so we could understand him. He brought us boxes of vegetables and melons. He dealt with issues very quickly and was always smiling. Outside: The villa is secluded, with a big white wall and the front, and fences with plants growing up and through them on the sides. There is a small grass area with lots of plants and flowers, including a lemon tree with fresh lemons. The chickens run around a lot on the grass and the fresh eggs every day were a bonus. From the kitchen door / table we used at breakfast time we could see the mountains. At the front of the house there is a 5m length pool about 1.5m deep at the deep end. It is sun in the morning, and later in the afternoon in part shade, which was very welcome. We all used the pool a lot. When not in the pool, we sat under the roofed areaon loungers in the shade. We cooked outside most evenings, using the built in barbeque rather than the free standing one. It was very easy to use. Inside: The villa was immaculately clean. There were a couple of settees, if we had sat inside at all and a dining table. The kitchen was small, but had everything in it that we needed, even a knife sharpened. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of room to move around in them. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was very efficient. The showers were powerful and plenty of hot water. We had planned to go on lots of days out but with the hot weather and the loveliness of the villa, we ended up staying in a lot, swimming, reading, cooking chatting and reconnecting as a family. A very relaxing holiday, once we had found local supermarkets to supplement the vegetables, fruit and eggs that came with the villa.

El dueño Sr Rafael muy amable y atento a lo que necesitamos. Hasta disfrutamos de unos huevos recién puestos de sus gallinas. Hermoso respirar el aire puro por las mañanas y el aroma del jazmín por las noches.
