Additionally, the house has a spacious pergola that can be used for parking or as an outdoor dining and relaxation area.
The distribution includes three rooms: two with double beds (one with a private bathroom with a bathtub) and a third with two single beds, ideal for families or groups. The property is in a good location but a car is recommended. The house inside is dated but you never really book a Villa just to stay inside, so that’s fine. The outside is lovely and would be very safe for younger children due to a gated pool. It hsee more
The property is in a good location but a car is recommended. The house inside is dated but you never really book a Villa just to stay inside, so that’s fine. The outside is lovely and would be very safe for younger children due to a gated pool. It has great views and perfect seating areas. The BBQ is of good quality and the surrounding area is very peaceful. I would recommend for a small family. Oh and the air conditioning issue has been resolved by I’m guessing recently installed ceiling fans. Issues with the property are the toilets barely work, the property has lack of amenities for example, a very dated toaster, no BBQ equipment at all, no coffee machine and no Paella Pan (a must for any Spanish Villa). The pool cleaning person turned up on our first night looked at the pool and walked away. Otherwise a good stay

Great property, setting was gorgeous. Beautiful views across the mountains and over to a stunning peace pagoda. Lovely and quiet. Great pool, great bbq and peaceful garden.I was worried about lack of air con, but the overhead fans in each bedroom kepsee more

Great pool, great bbq and peaceful garden.I was worried about lack of air con, but the overhead fans in each bedroom kept the rooms nice and cool for sleeping. Brilliant location, Alhaurín el Grande was only a 7 minute drive away and had everything you could need including pharmacy and supermarket with parking. Air port was around 30 mins away and was an easy drive. Lots of beaches within 30 mins drive of the property too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A great base and a peaceful holiday location.

The pool was a superb size and actually quite deep. The rooms were all a good size and the kitchen had a dishwasher which made things easier and more pleasant.The garden is lovely - limes, peaches and grapes are all growing there. The property is on see more

The rooms were all a good size and the kitchen had a dishwasher which made things easier and more pleasant.The garden is lovely - limes, peaches and grapes are all growing there. The property is on a hill and at night the view is stunning. There is a huge dining table outside on the porch which was perfect for playing family card games and also eating together.The owners son came to fix the toilet within an hour of calling the management company which was really impressive.There is WiFi included which is a great thing for people staying a long time and having to use roaming data. However the listing said WiFi wasn',t available and it wasn',t until the son came towards the end of the holiday did he point out the WiFi.The area is great if you have access to a hire car otherwise it',s quite remote. There is a bus route on the main road. However with a hire car there was a McDonald',s, LIDL and local shops all a 5-10 minute drive away. There is also a huge public pool and tennis courts at the bottom of the development.We would definitely recommend this place and would come again without hesitation.

También entendemos que tener que usar Uber para desplazarse al pueblo pudiera resultar menos cómodo, aunque nos alegra que el acceso a la vivienda les pareciera sencillo. The pool was very dirty, we could not swim.
There was cold inside and we were not allowed to use the fireplace (security reasons we were told) alltough it is mentioned in the advertisement.

Le logement est parfait pour une famille avec enfants. Très sécurisé, propre et un extérieur très agréable avec piscine privée, sans vis a vis et une vue splendide. La maison manque un peu de maintence et nous avons eu les 2 WCs hors service presque see more

La maison manque un peu de maintence et nous avons eu les 2 WCs hors service presque tout le séjour avec la breve intervention du voisin qui repara le tout pour la journée. Ce voisin très charmant qui s'occupe de l'entretien de l'extérieur était un peu trop présent pour nous pouvant entrer et sortir comme il voulait. . Malgré ces inconvénients qui nous avons adoré l'endroit et sommes ravis de nos vacances dans cette maison
