We had an incredible time at Villa Encina. The pool is perfect, the home is spacious and comfortable with beautiful rustic decor and all modern necessities (fast internet, TV, Air Con, strong metal shutters for security and keeping light out for a lie in in the morning) Kitchen and dining table were so nice we ate at the Villa much more than we ate at restaurants! The gardens of the property are beautiful with lovely views and some nice swings for the kids to play on with a big electric sliding gate at the front so you don't have to worry about the young ones wandering off the property. An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The property was missing it's hairdryer, I texted our host and one was delivered very quickly. There is nothing to fault about this property, it's amenities and our host. I will definitely be booking again.

This villa exceeded our expectations, the photos do not do it justice. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything that we could have needed. The electric gate provided safety and security and the large carport meant our hire car was alwayssee more

The electric gate provided safety and security and the large carport meant our hire car was always in the shade. The gardens were well cared for and the pool was perfect for us. The villa was located in a quiet area close to local village and less than 30 minutes from the coastal resorts. Antonio met us at the golf course as promised and was on hand to replace the gas for us that day when it had run out. Overall we had a wonderful stay, would recommend the villa and would be delighted to have the opportunity to stay again.

Fantastic holiday, Antonio met us at the local golf club on the day of arrival and led us to the villa. We had a problem with the hot water and emailed Antonio, he was on site within 15 minutes, he couldn't fix the problem, so he came back later withsee more

We had a problem with the hot water and emailed Antonio, he was on site within 15 minutes, he couldn't fix the problem, so he came back later with a plumber to sort out the problem. The rest of the holiday was a dream. The villa is a little way up in the mountains, but close enough to everything you need as long as you have a car. Torremolinos and Benalmadena are both 25 minutes away, as is Malaga Airport. Alhaurin de la Torre and Alhaurin el Grande are both really close (8-10 mins) and have everything that you need (Aldi, Lidl, Supersol, Mercadona).
A great break, one of the nicest villas with a fantastic pool and outdoor area, we will definitely stay again. |

The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and so cosy and peaceful. The house has absolutely everything you could need! All cooking equipment, utensils, washing machine, dish washer. We were amazed at how well equip the house was! We had plenty of beach and shower towels, ironing board, hair dryer ...I could go on! It's a fantastic house for kids as there is a great play area with loads of kids toys and a swing set etc. The pool was beautiful and self cleaned so another thing you didn't have to worry about. The outside bbq area was a massive hit with the husband!! It's a great area with Alhaurin al grande just a 5 minute drive away with plenty of restaurants and bars and a supermarket. The beach is just a 30 minute drive. We are now converted to villa holidays rather than hotels and would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend for anyone to stay here. |

We succeeded with one match to start the fire! We also tried the grill and the swimming pool. The neighbouring golf playing ground is not only for the players but also for taking a walk. By the way, there is a cat who comes to the door about 19:00 everyday. She is so lovely and shy, and never steps into the house. My children loved her so much that they bought cat food and fed her at the terrace every day. They wished to carry her back to Germany. We miss everything there and will come back. Yonghe |

Ondanks het slechte weer tijdens deze week, hebben we enorm genoten van deze vakantievilla. De ruimte is ideaal voor een groot gezin (2 volwassenen en 5 kinderen tussen 16 en 8 jaar). Het huis en de tuin is in werkelijkheid minstens even mooi als de foto's doen vermoeden. Aangenaam zwembad, leuke tuin, fijne lounge-zeteltjes: alles is aanwezig voor een geslaagde vakantie. Zeer aangename en behulpzame eigenaar! Misschien toch 2 puntjes die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn:
1. Het trefpunt met de eigenaar aan "de golfclub" was niet zo eenvoudig, misschien beter afspreken in het centrum van Alhaurin om elkaar te ontmoeten? 2. De boiler heeft niet voldoende capaciteit om 7 personen na elkaar zich te laten wassen. Maar dit zijn details, want al bij al een huis om naar terug te kere |

As the meeting point regret that you were not easy to find, the golf course is visited by thousands of players every year and has a link with a clear plan of how to get from aiport there, this is the link I sending my guests. As for the boiler it has never been problems, anyway try to change so that when guests are 7 adults no problem waiting. Thank You Antonio

Für Kinder hat es genügend Spielsachen und der schöne Pool läd zum Schwimmen und Plantschen ein. Die Bilder stimmen mit dem was man vorfindet absolut überein. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick ins Tal und erlebt Abends grandiose Sonnenuntergänge. Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. La Finca Encina können wir weiter empfehlen.

Een hele fijne accomodatie voor ons reisgezelschap (4 volwassenen, 2 kinderen). We waren hier ruim een week. De kinderen (3 en 5) hadden lekker de ruimte buiten en hebben genoten van het zwembad en speelgelegenheid. De kinderslaapkamer viel erg in desee more

Het huis is ruim en vanuit de tuin een mooi uitzicht. De buitenkeuken was erg fijn en daar hebben we volop gebruik van gemaakt. Ook heel fijn is dat de auto's onder een overkapping konden staan. De eigenaar staat voor je klaar. We hebben diverse uitstapjes gemaakt, die zijn goed te bereiken. Wij vonden de landelijke locatie tussen Alhaurin de la Torre en Alhaurin el Grande erg fijn. |

Wij hebben zes weken genoten van het huis en de locatie en natuurlijk het mooie weer. Het water was Iets te koud om het zwembad te gebruiken maar dat weet je in deze tijd van het jaar. De open haard heeft elke avond gebrand en zorgde samen met de warsee more
Wij hebben zes weken genoten van het huis en de locatie en natuurlijk het mooie weer. Het water was Iets te koud om het zwembad te gebruiken maar dat weet je in deze tijd van het jaar. De open haard heeft elke avond gebrand en zorgde samen met de warmte van de airco voor behaaglijke avonden.
Huis en tuin waren conform de foto's en de bedden sliepen prima. Een aanrader voor een elke overwinter vakantie. Antonio bedankt voor je gastvrijheid. PS Cas Paco is een prima visrestaurant in Alhaurin el Grande waar wij een aantal keren hebben gegeten. |

Wir hatten einen tollen 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt mit 3 Kleinkindern und 4 Erwachsenen. Antonio ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ist sehr ordentlich. Danke Antonio für die schöne Zeit in Deinem tollen Haus.

Wij hebben 3 weken doorgebracht in deze heerlijke villa. Bij aankomst voelden we ons direct thuis.
De plek is een goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar de bezienswaardigheden in het binnenland en de kust.

De villa is netjes en goed onderhouden, en alles is aanwezig. Alle 3 slaapkamers en de woonkamer zijn uitgerust met een airco. De Wifi, flatscreen tv, dvd-speler etc.. completeren de uitrusting. Erg aangenaam is de grillplaat en koelkast buiten. De eigenaar was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Kortom, een fantastische villa. |

La propiedad está muy bien cuidada, con Antonio disponible a cualquier hora para ayudar. Ideal para familias por el espacio exterior disponible y por la comodidad de las habitaciones. Dos cuartos de baño, uno de ellos dentro de una habitación. Todo msee more
La propiedad está muy bien cuidada, con Antonio disponible a cualquier hora para ayudar. Ideal para familias por el espacio exterior disponible y por la comodidad de las habitaciones. Dos cuartos de baño, uno de ellos dentro de una habitación. Todo muy acogedor y bien pensado. Parking para al menos dos coches, a 5 minutos en coche de Alhaurín el Grande. Nuestra estancia ha discurrido con una gran tranquilidad y hemos podido disfrutar plenamente de nuestras vacaciones.

La propia casa, los exteriores piscina y jardines, el A/A en todas las habitaciones, el menaje, muebles, etc. y los alrededores hacen una combinación perfecta. Así mismo Antonio es el perfecto anfitrión que además es buen conocedor de los alrededores.
Tanto en Alhaurín de la Torre como en Alhaurín el Grande hay gran variedad de restaurantes, bares, supermercados, farmacias, bancos, etc. |

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem netten Ferienhaus

Die Villa Encina ist ein typisches spanisches Ferienhäuschen in einer traumhaften Lage (ca. 30 Minuten außerhalb von Málaga), in der man einige sehr entspannte Urlaubstage verbringen kann.

Die Villa Encina ist ein typisches spanisches Ferienhäuschen in einer traumhaften Lage (ca. 30 Minuten außerhalb von Málaga), in der man einige sehr entspannte Urlaubstage verbringen kann.
Die Kommunikation mit Antonio klappte super er holte uns am ersten Tag vom nahegelegenden Golfplatz ab, da das Haus ohne vorherige Kenntnis nicht gut zu finden ist. Das Haus war sehr schön und einladend hergerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Erwachsenen- und ein Kinderschlafzimmer zudem hat es zwei Bäder und einen sehr schönen Wohnraum mit angrenzender Küche. Der große Pool und die herumliegende Gartenanlage laden zum Relaxen in der andalusischen Sonne ein. Ausflüge vom Haus sind nur mit einem Mietwagen möglich. Granada und Ronda erreichten wir innerhalb von 1 1/2 Stunden, Cordoba innerhalb von 1 3/4 Stunden. Nach Sevilla ist es für einen Tagesausflug zu weit (ca. 2 Stunden 20 Minuten), so dass wir dort anschließend zwei Nächte verbracht haben. Insgesamt können wir die Villa Encina und Antonio als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen und werden sicherlich irgendwann wieder zurückkehren. |

Secure, private accommodation. House clean and well equipped. Garden cared for and provided both sunshine and shade. Pool clean and well maintained. Air conditioning in all rooms a bonus when temperatures approached 40 dsee more

Dies gilt auch für die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich! Wir hatten 11 sehr schöne Tage hier und kommen gerne wieder.

Het huis is zoals de foto's beloven, van alle gemakken voorzien, gelegen in een ruime en goed onderhouden tuin. De ligging is landelijk en rustig. Een mooie omgeving! We hebben hier drie heerlijke weken doorgebracht waarvan tien dagen met dochter en kleindochter. Onze kleindochter vond het speeltuintje en het zwembad geweldig. Fijn was dat er verwarming was die we aan konden zetten toen we twee regendagen hadden en het in huis wat kil werd. De airco functie in slaapkamers en woonkamer hebben we in deze periode niet nodig gehad. De buitenkeuken met grillplaat hebben we volop gebruikt en 's avonds buiten eten onder de overkapping was heerlijk. Winkels en een paar goede supermarkten zijn niet ver weg en het strand en de kuststeden zijn goed aan te rijden binnen een half uur. Ook de Embalses Guadalhorce-Guadalteba bij Ardales zijn een bezoek waard. Wat verder weg zijn meer interessante steden te vinden.
Een aanrader is dit verblijf zeker, o.a. ook door de uitstekende service die de eigenaar levert. Hij reageert snel en vindt het belangrijk dat de gasten het naar hun zin hebben. Een van de beste huizen waar we tot nu toe verbleven hebben. |

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 8,11,13 ) haben in diesem Ferienhaus eine sehr erholsame Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet (Einbauschränke). Es gibt zwei Badezimmer (eines davon en suite), eine gut ausgestattete Küche und einen schönen Wohn/Essraum. Der Kamin ist auch prima und hat für gemütliche Abende gesorgt. Das Grundstück ist groß und man hat um das Haus herum sehr viel Platz. Die Außenküche ist praktisch, es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, auch überdacht. Der Pool war für uns alle das Beste! Sehr klares, sauberes Wasser und prima zum Schwimmen und Toben. Der Garten ist schön bepflanzt und das gesamte Grundstück nicht von außen einsehbar. Das Einzige, was ab und zu etwas störte, war das Hundegebell von den umliegenden Grundstücken in der Nacht. Zum Einkaufen oder Essengehen sind wir nach Alhaurin del Grande gefahren, was uns gut gefallen hat. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Geschäften. In Malaga ist man in ca. 25 min. und auch zum Flughafen ist es nicht weit. Wir können das Ferienhaus empfehlen!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (nur ein Tablett würde das Tischdecken einfacher machen) und eignet sich prima für 2 Familien. Der Pool garantiert entspannte Tage, v.a. für Kinder. Restaurants in der Gegend haben wir nicht ausprobiert, der tolle Grillbereich war uns viel lieber.
Auch im Garten ist alles was man braucht vorhanden: von großem Esstisch über eine gemütliche kleinere Sitzgruppe bis hin zu Liegestühlen am Pool (die allerdings leider teilweise defekt waren). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vertreten vom kleinen Supermarkt / Bäcker im nächsten Ort bis großem Supermarkt etwas weiter weg. Der Lidl z.B. ist nah genug zum täglichen Semmeln holen (allerdings mit dem Auto). Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden würden jeder Zeit wieder hier Urlaub machen! |

Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder (6,8)) waren mit den Großeltern in der kleinen Villa. Wir sind Weltenbummler und daher schon viel rumgekommen. Wir haben einen durchschnittlichen bis gehobenen Anspruch. Die saubere Unterkunft ist sensationell vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, liebevoll eingerichtet, eine Küche wo nichts fehlt, toller und großzugiger Garten, klasse Grill und Poll (nicht beheizt). Die Bilder entsprechen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben, wir sind sogar noch positiver überrascht worden. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 25 Min. vom Flughafen entfernt in den Bergen. Anfahrt über Landstraßen durch unzählige Kreisverkehre ist kein Problem Fluglärm gibt es nicht, da der Flughafen und die Einflugschneisen weit weg liegen Auf dem Weg vom Flugh. oder Strand sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl oder Carrefour zum nächsten Ort (Alhaurin), wo viele Restaurants,Tapasbars und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind, sind es 5 Min. zu netten Stränden wie Torremolinos oder Benalmádena sind es ca. 30 MIn., WLAN, TV, DVD sind tadellos.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!! |

Wir möchten mit dieser Bewertung dem Vermieter Antonio danken, dass wir in seinem Haus zu Gast sein durften. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und das Gesamtpaket lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Haus. Die Kinder waren begeistert von Pool und Spielplatz und die Erwachsenen konnten die Ruhe auf der sonnigen Terrasse genießen. Dass nun eine neue Geschirrspülmaschine verbaut war, die noch nicht in der Ausstattungsliste genannt wird, hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut, da diese die tägliche Spülarbeit bei 5 Personen deutlich angenehmer gestaltet. Auch die Möglichkeit jeden Tag draußen am überdachten Tisch zu essen ist fantastisch. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war Antonio kurzfristig zur Stelle, immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben jeden Tag im Haus genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Anwesen, ruhig und privat, ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben dort zwei Wochen Urlaub mit 2 Kindern, 2 Erwachsenen und Hund gemacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam (die Küche wurde auf Anfrage im Vorfeld mit Geschirrspüler nachgerüstet, see more

Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam (die Küche wurde auf Anfrage im Vorfeld mit Geschirrspüler nachgerüstet, kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde sofort behoben). Einfach eingerichtet aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mietwagen notwendig da man mitten auf dem Land ist. Im Nachbarort sehr gute Restaurants. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. GRACIAS ANTONIO POR TODO. LO HEMOS PASADO FENOMENAL EN TU CASA!
