We had a week stay to celebrate a special occasion as a family and the house was the perfect place to stay to spend time together and relax. It was also a great base to go visiting nearby areas. On arrival we were greeted by Cristina with the keys who was friendly and very helpful and walked us around the house, showing us all areas and his things work.The house, both inside and outside is very spacious.The pool area with a bar is a fantastic area to spend time. We also enjoyed making use of the bbq area. The beds were very comfortable and there’s everything in the house that you could need.The location is great too, a 15 minute walk to the centre, it’s all downhill on the way but you may want to take a taxi for the walk up, not a problem though, they are very reasonable.Also close to the beach and it’s a lovely walk along the promenade to the centre.Make sure you walk further up the hill to the viewpoint, it’s lovely at night with all the lights of Malaga, nice to stop at the restaurant for a cocktail! A great place to stay in Malaga!

This was a fantastic property for a family stay. Spacious and clean. Lots of room for the children to play, swimming pool. Modern home. Great hosts. Great views. Good location. Not far from bus stop. Not far from castle. Reviews and photos are good but seeing property in person was much better. My family and I had a comfortable pleasant stay here..we also met the property owners who were lovely. This property is in a great location if you want peace and quiet without being too far from amenities. The area is very hilly so be prepared to walk up and down hill or climb lots of stairs that lead to main road. If you time the bus well they run consistently which is good. I would recommend a stay here and would definitely stay here again. The weather in December was cool and sunny. The property was well insulated. The area felt safe.

We has a wonderful stay at this Villa. Kristina provided detailed infomation and local knoweldge on check in. The villa iself is stunning, spacious and beautiful in design. There was some damage from a previous flood, wasnt major and they were working on repairs. We loved the pool area and variety of private outdoor spaces. The kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable. The villa was sparkling clean. Thank you for a wonderful holidau.

Vi havde 10 skønne dage i Malaga, med høj sol, fantastisk mad og at dejligt ophold i huset på Calle Mimosas.Alt i huset fungerede super godt og udsigten mod vand var skøn. At gå til stranden og byen var nemt og enkelt - dog stod den tit på Uber eller bus når vi skulle retur, så vi slap for den ganske lange stigning på tilbagevejen. Alt i alt en skøn ferie.

Amazing villa with great views. The roof top with bar and pool is the best but there are lots of different spaces to shareto escape if you come with a bigger group. Plenty of double rooms with ensuiteshared bathroom, big kitchen with anything you need and a massive living area to relax. The master suite is huge and so is the bed which is super comfortable. There',s around 20min walk to town but you can get taxisUbers and they vary between 4€ to 8€, worth if you',re planning to have a few vinos :-) Going into town is pleasant as it is down hill but coming back may be too much for some. The agent Cristina was great very helpful and ready to respond any questions straight away. She was very welcoming and gave us good tips and recommendations for places to eat. She was also very flexible with the check in and check out times.

Beautiful house! The house has a lot of space. Every morning breakfast at the terrace on the first floor, with a beautiful sea view. The swimming-pool and sunny rooftop terrace on top. We also loved the big garden, which was great for playing football and badminton. Good equiped kitchen, with a lot of plates and table cutlery. A special tv-room. The location on the mountain was no problem. Nice walk to the city centre (20 min). It’s also a great house for playing hide and seek :-)

Some wall outlets were broken in that bedroom. A little more drinking glasses (for softdrinks or water) would be handy.

Overall nice place to stay for our week in Malaga. Pictures/property was exactly as described and looked - it is walkable to the old town but you'll probably want a uber/taxi home which are easy to come by. We met the actual owners who were very pleasant, helpful and available if we need anything.Really nice touch was the bottle of wine and beers in the fridge on arrival- not expected and great way to chill when we first arrived.Would use again.

We visited as a party 7 adult family members. We were met on arrival and found the villa to be beautiful and spotlessly clean. There was more than enough space for all of us including 3 dining areas each that could accomodate all of us and several seating areas. We were all really impressed with the property. The pool area was nice, pool fairly small but a nice depth of around I would guess at 1.3M. It took around 15min to 20 min to walk to the beachsupermarket. It was possible to walk into town, but it was easy to get taxis at a cost of around 6-7 euro. The departure procedure was straight forward and security deposit had been released before we arrived back in the UK.

This was a beautiful home very spacious lots of outdoor area. It really is worth booking. We would love to visit again. The location was near the castle so a good walk down to the town. And a hard walk back. This never bothered us however maybe if your not as fit? However only 6€ in a taxi. It should be very quite however there’s a lot of dogs in the area that bark most of the day.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved our stay. The rooftop area was a particular highlight where we could have a few beers in the sun, while occasionally dipping into the pool. The rooms were all very spacious and modern and the house was very spacious so despite there being eight of us, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location was also superb as you are only a 20 min walk away from central Malaga, especially the Old Town. That said, you feel isolated enough being non the hillside away from town so it very much is the best of both! Would highly recommend to any group wishing to stay in Malaga and could not think of a better place to stay in the area!

Beautiful, spacious home in a quiet location just a short walk from town. Great outdoor entertaining spaces with views of the ocean. The roof top area of the house is great for relaxing by the bar, stretching out in the sunswim in the pool. Beds are comfortable, excellent showers, and a good tv with Bose system. We spent the majority of our time outside and loved every minute of it. Would highly recommend this property.

Stunning villa in a lovely quiet residential street. The villa itself has several areas to relax. The garden is huge and perfect for kids to play, and the outdoor kitchen and bbq area were perfect. We chose to dine most evenings on the beautiful balcony with views of the sea. The villa was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner himself was very attentive to any issues (e.g. the gardener had locked away the pool net accidentally) but the owner was made aware by the rental company and had it rectified immediately. You can easily walk to the main front in around 15/20 minutes (downhill) but I would recommend an uber for the journey back uphill.The upstairs level with bar, lounging areas and pool was lovely and got lots of sun. I was initially concerned about the pool as it is not at eye level however I had a good enough view from the upper lounge area and the pool itself was not too deep. My daughter loved jumping in from the decked area. I would say if staying with very young children however, you would want to be sat on the side,in the water with them to have full vantage point. Fantastic stay, and we'll maintained and beautiful villa. Would recommend.

Such a Nice and peaceful place to be. Lost of outdoor space! Close to the Beach and such a wonderful view from the pool. We recommend to everyone, not the last time im visiting the villa
